Aliso Water District filed a temporary water right permit application on August 26, 2022 to appropriate surface water flows for underground storage. Pursuant to Water Code section 1428, subdivision (d), any interested person may file an objection to the temporary diversion and use of water, with copy to the Aliso Water District. Objections are due by 4:30 p.m. October 7, 2022 and may be emailed to Shelby Witherby at Shelby.Witherby@waterboards.ca.gov.
