Aliso Water District filed a temporary water right permit application on August 16, 2018 to appropriate surface water flows for underground storage. Pursuant to Water Code section 1428, subdivision (d), any interested person may file an objection to the temporary diversion and use of water, with copy to the Aliso Water District. Objections were due by November 12, 2018.
